Your order can be shipped to you for a fee based on your merchandise total, or it can be shipped to your nearest store for absolutely free. Orders totaling 49 dollars or more can be shipped to your home for free as well. Faster shipping is available for an upgrade fee. Overweight items such as bicycle frames may have an extra shipping charge.
Returns are accepted at any of their retail stores or by mail for up to a year after the purchase date. Returns without a receipt are given store credit instead of cash back.
