I was told the car was in good shape and the price was non negotiable, so of course I purchased it. A few days later I find out it needs new engine mounts, and possibly a transmission rebuild; I was also promised a dashboard cover for my car since the dashboard was cracked, but never heard or received it. Make sure you check the car you’re looking at thoroughly before purchasing it.

The experience went well. There was great communication. I ended up buying a car from this dealer.

Called they did answer were friendly over the phone I got there early the guy that said was going to help me wasn’t there, but overall I liked it tried to help me with any questions I had downsides the picture did not describe the condition of one truck and it wasn’t ready to test drive had to jump start it.The overall customer service was nice, I will be thinking about going back and I do recommend checking them out but price on cargurus only applies if you got good credit.

I wanted to pay cash for the car, and they wanted to charge me a auction fee like i was going through the auction process, and i was not i was paying cash for the car, so i declined, they wanted to much, extra $850.00 dollars!! Thanks but no thanks.
