I really love this place. I’ve always felt welcomed and cared for. I’ve been here multiple times for smog checks with a previous car and after getting to know everyone… Avo is AMAZING… I decided to use them to replace the breaks on my new Porche Macan and to take care of my oil change. The new breaks started squeaking a bit a day or two after driving it and Avo fit me in immediately to fix the issue. He kept in touch with me through the whole process to keep me aware of when they would be finished so I could come pick up the car. I’ve only had positive experiences at Omag’s. Completely recommend!

Excellent communicator , he let me know Exactly what was going on , and He was able to fix major issues . he also was above and beyond , fixing other minor issues too (didn’t even ask, he just offered and made it happen no extra charge ^^).

I went to the DMV right behind Omag’s Automotive and they said I needed to get my smog check done before I can get my tag renewed.

Because Omag’s automotive was so close, I decided to stop by and get my smog check done.

They charged me $60 (which is a lot higher than all other places) and after 30 minutes, they tell me that they cannot process my smog check because my “check engine light” was on.

This is something they could have told me before the test but of course they tell me after the test and after I paid for the test.

I would highly recommend that you stay away from this place.

Been going to Omag’s for a while now and just recently took my car there after a car accident to do some repairs. They are AMAZING! Avo was so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process and made everything super stress free. Work was finished ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. Have gone there for breaks, oil changes and now body work and have been extremely satisfied every time.

I cannot recommend Omag’s enough!! Avo’s customer service is amazing and all of the mechanics there are wonderful. Having car problems is extremely stressful, but taking my car to Omag’s relieves that stress, as I know my car is in wonderful hands!

This shop has kept my 2007 BMW in good shape for about four years. Their work has always held up really well. The guys don’t mind telling you what needs fixing, and what can wait a bit. They’re straight shooters. Bring your car in, and pretty soon you’ll be recommending Omag’s to your friends.

I went to register my vehicle at the DMV on Formosa. I needed a smog check. As I drove out of the lot I seen signs stating they do smog checks. Really good and fast service. They guys were personable and fast. I passed my smog check and off I went back to the DMV.

I LOVE Omag’s Automotive! Avo and his team took good care of my Mercedes (my car is like my baby) and I only want it fixed by the best and I can guarantee Omag’s is the place! I will definitely come back if I ever get involved in another accident, which I hope not but then again LA driving sucks. Thanks again Avo – YOU’RE THE BEST IN THE WEST 🙂

Went to DMV to renew registration, turned out I needed a smog check. I called and they took me as a walk-in, super easy. Conveniently next to DMV I got my smog check in less than 25 minutes and the service was excellent.

I don’t think I’ve ever taken any of my German newer cars to a regular auto shop as I’ve always gone to the dealer to get serviced. But I was driving by Omag’s one time on my way to work and saw they service Audi, so figured, let me try and see if they have good rates after learning what my dealer would charge. I called in and got Avo – super friendly over the phone (which is already a winner to me), then I gave the necessary info to look up pricing and he got back to me in minutes. The pricing was about the same as the dealer, so I asked him if he could beat the dealer and he did – he even through in a tire rotation for free to leverage sealing the deal… and that he did. I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up later after work. My Audi A6 drives like a dream car now. I will never doubt good customer service and quality off market. Highly recommended! Go visit Avo.

This is my neighborhood body shop and they don’t gauge you at all and they took care of me and they are so nice and accommodating and fast. I was in my car in no time and they don’t rip you off like the dealer. Highly recommend and Avo is the best and feels like an old friend from day one!

I have had my cars serviced at Omags over the past 5 years. They are great with BMW! I have always gotten high quality work, at an affordable price. They are good and honest. Sarkis and Avo have always been terrific. I always recommend them to my friends.

This was my 2nd time taking my car here (scion tc 2006). I got into an accident that wasn’t my fault (someone backed into me in a parking garage), and my bumper got realigned.

I took it to Omag’s, Avo took a look at it and went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the bumper replaced, he fixed the dents on the side of my car, replaced a headlight, cleaned out the other headlight, fixed the dent in my hood, repainted the entire front & side and literally made my car look BRAND SPARKLY NEW. when he texted me pictures of my car I couldn’t believe what I saw and was shocked at how quickly I had my car back.

I have had the best experiences at Omag’s (he also revived my car and fixed my engine) a couple months ago and gave me a really great deal on that. He is honest and explains things very throughly.

I plan to come here for all my car’s check ups from now on and I’m SO happy I finally found a shop I can trust.

I have been going to Sarkis at Omag’s for years. First off, I’ve owned over 40 cars and have had great experiences and poor experiences with mechanics. Let me say, without question I trust the expertise of the entire team here. Sarkis has helped me out in LA in ways no other auto repair professional can. He’s kept my X5 running, and saved me thousands. He and Avo have helped my little ’85 BMW 325e Sedan and kept our other spare cars in shape. Often with little notice making major repairs so I could keep important business meetings. Sarkis even indulged my madness when I bought a ’41 Packard that hadn’t run since 1999, and got it turned over so I could continue a 14 year project. To all the naysayers, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Mine has been far different. You’d be so fortunate to find someone as kind-hearted and decent to work on your cars!

I’ve been a customer of Omag’s for over a year now and they always give you options and explain to you what makes sense. If theres something wrong with your car that isn’t serious they’ll crack a joke fix it and send you on your way. If its something serious they always let you know whats cost effective based on how long you’re going to have your car, how old it is, and if its worth the cost. Always honest and friendly too.
